This page summarizes the rules for credits, subscriptions, analysis errors, and technical incidents.

Analysis credits

Successful analysis

A credit is consumed only when an analysis completes and a report is generated.

Failed analysis

If the analysis fails or the file cannot be used, no credit is consumed or the credit is automatically restored.

Purchased credits

Purchased and unused credits are not automatically refunded. Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, especially in case of payment error, duplicate payment, legal obligation, or technical incident attributable to the service.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing area. Access remains active until the end of the already paid period. Except where required by law, in case of billing error, or technical incident attributable to the service, no automatic prorated refund is applied. If an issue occurs, the user may contact support.
