These terms govern access to RGAnalyzer, use of analyses, credits, subscriptions, and exports.
1) Service
RGAnalyzer lets users upload sales files to automatically generate KPIs, reports, charts, quality audits, and exports. The service is a decision-support and analysis tool, not personalized accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.
2) Access, account, and security
- The user must provide a valid email address and keep account access confidential.
- The user agrees not to disrupt the service, bypass quotas, or use RGAnalyzer for unlawful purposes.
- The user warrants that they have the necessary rights to upload and process the submitted files.
3) Credits, quotas, and analyses
Fair consumption
A credit or quota is consumed only when an analysis completes successfully. If the analysis fails because a file is not usable or due to a technical incident, no credit is consumed or the credit is restored.
Temporary reopening
Reports may be reopened for a maximum of 15 minutes after generation without new consumption. After this period, analysis data is no longer accessible from the application.
4) Pricing, payment, and VAT
Prices are indicated in euros. Payments are processed by Stripe. The publisher benefits from the French VAT exemption regime: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code. Receipts and payment evidence are managed through Stripe where available.
5) Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly or yearly subscriptions can be cancelled from the account billing area, including via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period. Except where required by law, in case of billing error, or technical incident attributable to the service, no automatic prorated refund is applied.
6) Withdrawal right and digital services
For consumer users, distance-selling rules may provide a withdrawal right. When the user launches an analysis or uses a credit, they request immediate execution of the corresponding digital service. When a credit has been used to successfully generate an analysis, it is generally not refunded, except where required by law, in case of billing error, duplicate payment, or technical incident attributable to the service.
7) Liability and limitations
Results depend on the quality, completeness, and mapping of uploaded data. RGAnalyzer provides indicators and quality alerts, but the user remains responsible for interpreting results, decisions made, and compliance of uploaded data.
