RGAnalyzer is designed to analyze sales files with short retention for files and reports.
1) Data controller

2) Data processed
User account
Email address, technical session identifiers, subscription status, credits, and minimal history required for account and support management.
Uploaded files
Sales files provided by the user, detected columns, mappings, calculated metrics, temporary reports, and generated exports.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. RGAnalyzer does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process data required for payment, billing, and fraud prevention.
Audience analytics
No analytics tool is enabled at launch. If a privacy-friendly audience measurement tool is added later, this policy will be updated before activation.
3) Purposes
- Provide automatic file analysis, KPIs, charts, exports, and quality audit.
- Manage accounts, credits, subscriptions, access rights, and billing.
- Ensure security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical errors.
- Measure audience and improve the service without marketing cookies at launch.
4) Data retention
Files and reports
RGAnalyzer does not permanently store uploaded files or generated reports. They remain accessible for a maximum of 15 minutes after the analysis, only to allow the report to be reopened after an accidental page closure. After this period, they are no longer accessible from the application.
Accounts
Account data is kept while the account is active. Inactive free accounts may be deleted or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity.
Billing
Data strictly required for billing, accounting obligations, and transaction evidence may be kept for applicable legal retention periods.
Support & security
Support exchanges and technical logs useful for security are kept for the time required to process the request or incident.
5) Processors and hosting
The service is hosted by Render. Application services are configured, where available, in a region located in the European Union. Payments are operated by Stripe. Transactional emails may be operated by a specialized provider such as Brevo or Resend.
6) User rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection to the processing of your personal data, within the limits provided by law. Requests should be sent to support@rganalyzer.com.
