1. Upload

Upload a sales file (CSV, XLS, XLSX). No strict format is required.

Imperfect files accepted

The tool automatically detects the real header row—even if your file contains a logo, a title, or text before the table.

Multi-languages & formats

French or English columns, mixed date formats, amounts with currency symbols or local separators: everything is normalized automatically.

2. Smart column detection

RGAnalyzer automatically detects the likely role of each column from its name and observed values.

If a column is missing (amount, order id…), the report explains it and adapts KPIs transparently.
